How would you use the FedEx Small Business Grant money to make a significant impact on your business?
How I would use the funding would be to help provide the funding to pay for a full- time Job Coach and equipment for the pie shop. My goal is to employ 80% of associates with disabilities and I want to have a full-time job coach to be able to work with them every day. I also want to get adaptable equipment to be able to adapt to the needs of the staff to be able to give them comfort in whatever job they are doing. I have two adult children with autism and this is very important to our community.
