Cobblers For A Cause – Parade Day!

It is that time again folks, The Johnson County Fair and Parade on Saturday, August 3rd!

The Corinne & Cameron YES I CAN Scholarship Fund is back again with tasty cobblers, cookies, and maybe some new treats for sale that all goes to benefit the YES I CAN fund to support the USD 231 students with abilities. Since 2013 we have given out over $13,000 in scholarship funds to support our students.

We will also be sharing some of our funds with the Down Syndrome Guild of Kansas City for Addi’s Army in honor of Erin Stephenson’s granddaughter Addi.

When: Saturday, August 3rd, 9am-12pm (we will begin serving at 9am)

Where: 205 W Main Street, Gardner, KS 66030
We will be at the Stephenson Homestead on Main, across from the ole Smith house where we used to have these events.

Parking: Parking is typically on the side streets or the Church of Christ parking lot. Plan accordingly on time as Gardner Police close down Main Street about 30 minutes before the parade starts, which is 10am.

Bring:
– Cash, check, or debit card ($5 gets you a bowl of cobbler and ice cream – we will have cookies as well)
– Your lawn chairs or blankets to then sit and enjoy some tasty treats while watching the Johnson County Fair Parade in style!

Thank you again for supporting our individuals with special needs and our community.

If you have questions please message or call 913-221-4592.

PS –  Corinne’s Creations will be there selling her artwork as well.
SEE YOU AT THE PARADE!!
