My Mom always had something in the kitchen when people would stop by and visit, so I want this to be about that same experience. Sitting around the table, enjoying company, sharing stories, and a piece of comfort in form of pie or cobbler.

~ Pies ~

Pies are served in a 9-inch pie pan, except for Betty’s Apple Pie, which is a 10-inch pie. Many pies can be made as mini pies, just ask!

Crusts: Yes, you can pick crusts that really bring out the whole experience. Betty’s crust is a family recipe that is unique in so many ways.

Crust Options: Betty’s Pie Crust, Chocolate, Honey-Roasted Sunflower Seed*, Chocolate Cookie, Vanilla Wafer (excellent with Banana) Graham Cracker, Cheese – yes, cheese crust!, Pretzel, Coconut, Cinnamon. Gluten Free on request.
(Our Honey Roasted Sunflower Seed is a specialty crust)

GF Gluten Free available on request: We are also, currently working on sugar-free pies. Some pies will not be available GF or Dairy Free based on the recipe.

Original Pies: Lemon Curd, Key Lime, Grandma Bertie’s Egg Custard*, Chess*, Chocolate Chess*, Cranberry Chess* Sweet Potato*, German Chocolate*, Red Velvet with Cream Cheese Meringue*, Pecan, Chocolate Pecan Caramel with a chocolate cookie crust*, Pumpkin, Pumpkin-Chai*, Chocolate Cream with Marshmallow Meringue and Pretzel Crust*

Fruit Pies: Betty’s Apple Pie*, Blueberry, Blackberry, Cherry, Mixed Berry, Pear-Cranberry, Strawberry Supreme*, Strawberry-Rhubarb, Raspberry, Peach. There can be a combo of fruit mixture.

Cream Pies: Chocolate, Banana, Butterscotch, Coconut, Raisin, Sour Cream Raisin- Meringue included – or Whipped Cream


~ Pie Holes ~

Fill your Pie Hole! These creations came about with leftover Easter dinner and extra piecrust. These are perfect to serve hot or cold. Watch for different seasonal varieties.

Sausage Gravy: These were created with my brothers in mind. They loved Mom’s sausage, gravy, and biscuits. This is a nice twist that you can enjoy without all the mess. Cheese Crust comes with this Pie Hole.

Reuben’s: I LOVE Reuben’s and so I had to create one. Ingredients: Corned Beef, Thousand Island Dressing, Swiss Cheese, and Hoganville Family Farms Sauerkraut. Served in a Swiss and Cheddar Pie Hole Crust.

Buffalo Chicken: I could eat the filling by itself! …Well, I have, and hence why this was created! Ingredients: Bleu Cheese, Cream Cheese, Mozzarella, and Light Sauce. Served in a Cheddar Cheese Pie Hole Crust.

~ Cobblers ~

Cobblers are such a comfort food that you can order a half or a whole (9×13) – many can be frozen. Ask if your cobbler can be frozen before freezing.

Cobbler Flavors: Chocolate Mocha Fudge, Apple Plum with Figs*, Apple, Peach, Cherry, Blueberry, Blackberry, Raspberry, Mixed Fruit, Strawberry Rhubarb, Pear. Cobblers can be made Gluten Free.


~ Bread Pudding ~

Bread Pudding is my favorite dessert so I take extra time to make sure these recipes are perfect and you can savor every bite – you might want one just for yourself or maybe to share.

Bread Pudding Flavors: Sweet Potato, Banana Bread, Chocolate Bread Pudding,  Old-Fashioned Bread Pudding, Apple Cinnamon – variables of Raisin, Cranberry, Figs or Dates can be added. (Various fruit can also be added to make a specialty bread pudding)

Bread Pudding Sauces: Original Vanilla Cream Sauce, Bourbon Sauce, or Apple Butter Bourbon Sauce

~ Brownies ~

Andes Mint: Rich chocolate brownies, from scratch, with creamy mint melted throughout the brownie.

Smore’s Galore: These were created for my little friend, Lucas, who lives up the street. These have been a favorite request by many. Chocolate Brownies with an ooey-gooey Chocolate, Marshmallow, and Graham Cracker Topping.

Gluten Free(GF) or Special Orders will vary. Prices are subject to change based on the availability of a product.

Due to severe peanut allergy, peanut products will not be used in our baking at this time. If you have a food sensitivity please let us know as some recipes have different spices or ingredients. For example, our cobblers have nutmeg and cinnamon in the recipe.
